Product Review: Urban Decay 15th Anniversary Eyeliner Set

Surprise, surprise, I'm reviewing an Urban Decay product. And guess what? I'm in love.
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils 15 Year Anniversary Collection

Okay, let me preface this by saying that I realize I'm an addict to this eyeliner. But if you've tried it, I guarantee you are too. I've used Zero (the second from the right) as my go-to eyeliner for the last several years, and I have no desire to try any other brand. It's everything you could ever want in a black eyeliner. So because I loved Zero so much, I started trying other colors. Graffiti (a bright kelly green) and Deviant (a bright royal blue) were both quickly added to my makeup bag after sampling them at a Sephora store.

So when Urban Decay announced that they were going to be releasing this limited-edition eyeliner set above, there was no way I wasn't going to get it. It comes with fifteen full-sized eyeliners and an Urban Decay sharpener (which is the best makeup sharpener I've ever used). 9 of the colors are Urban Decay best-sellers (including Zero, Electric, Stash, Binge, and more), as well as 6 brand-new colors that are not available for purchase individually. The new color that has the makeup world abuzz is Perversion, a much deeper and darker black than Zero. Everyone that has bought and reviewed this product has commented on how they can never go back to using Zero as their black eyeliner because Perversion literally makes it look gray. I didn't think that was even possible until I tried it myself. This color is absolutely incredible, and I will have a hard time going back to Zero once I run out if they don't start selling it individually.

I now use these eyeliners in conjunction with my Naked Palette to get some really intense, colorful smokey eyes. In my opinion, there is no reason not to get this. The one (and literally, only) drawback is the price. This set runs $92 at any Sephora store or site, Ulta.com or UrbanDecay.com. However, doing the math, each eyeliner costs $17, so you're essentially getting 10 eyeliners + a sharpener for free (it's a $264 value!). If that doesn't convince you the price is worth it, the reviews on Sephora.com (all 262 of them to be exact) have given the product a 5/5 stars. I've actually never seen that happen (usually really great products receive a 4.7 or 4.8 because at least one person has rated it below a 5). Not one person has regretted buying this and I promise you won't regret it.
