So I didn't think of writing a post about this until after the makeup looks were done, but after I saw how well they turned out, I was really excited about it! I am going to list the makeup products I used on both me (left) & my younger sister (right). They are two different looks but both worked wonderfully for the night.
Left makeup look: silver & black smokey eye with red lips
I first applied Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer to my entire face before using the YSL Youth Liberator Foundation in the shade B20. The combination of those two gave me an incredibly flawless makeup look.
After my foundation, I ran the Anastasia Brow Powder in Taupe through my brows and used the Anastasia Brow Gel over them to set them. I then used Too Faced Shadow Insurance eye shadow primer on my eyelids to keep my shadows in place all night, especially since I was going to be doing an intense smokey eye.

After I finished applying my eyeshadow, I used NARS Larger than Life Eyeliner in Via Veneto (black) to my tightline, and applied a black liquid liner (Marc Jacobs Beauty Magic Marc'er Precision Pen, which I can't recommend enough) to my upper lash line, and winged out into a cat eye. After curling my lashes with the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler, I applied one coat of Revlon Lash Potion Mascara and applied one coat of Giorgio Armani Eyes To Kill Mascara over it on my top lashes. I used CoverGirl Clump Crusher Mascara on my bottom lashes.
Once my eyes were completely finished, I applied the Bobbi Brown Corrector in Light BIsque underneath my eyes to cover dark circles and clean up any fallout. I also applied the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Honey to any blemishes I had on my face. I used Dior's Rosy Glow Awakening Blush on the apples of my cheeks, I contoured my face with Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel in Terre Epice, and applied Diorskin Shimmer Star in Amber Diamond as a highlighter onto my cheekbones and down the bridge of my nose.
The final step was my lips. I used Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar Primer to prime my lips before using a MAC Lip Pencil in Beet to line my lips. I then used a red matte lip color (mine was Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in Iconic) and then applied a touch of creamy red lipstick to the center of my lips (I used YSL Rouge Volupte in No. 18). As a finishing touch, I outlined my lips in Urban Decay's Lip Liner in Ozone (a clear lip liner) to prevent the color from bleeding onto my skin.
Right before I left, I sprayed Urban Decay's All-Nighter Setting Spray on my face and dusted my face with NARS Translucent Pressed Powder so my makeup would stay all night!
Right makeup look: brown smokey eye with bright pink lips
My sister is two and a half years younger than me, and right now also about 5 shades darker than me, so some of my products weren't going to be beneficial or work for her skin. Instead of using foundation, I applied the L'Oreal Magic BB Cream in Light (which is actually pretty dark) using a stippling brush instead of my fingers to give it a foundation-like effect. I also used my Anastasia Brow Powder in Taupe on her, but I applied the darker half of the palette to her eyebrows, and also set them with the Anastasia Brow Gel.
I primed her eyelids with Too Faced Shadow Insurance and used the Stila In The Light Palette entirely for her eyeshadow look. I used Kitten as a base (a bright shimmery nude) as well as in the inner corners of her eyes, I used a mix of Bliss (a matte light mauve) and Gilded Gold (a darker shimmery brown) in the crease, and then used Luster (a shimmery cocoa brown / almost black) in the outer corner, and blended until seamless. I then applied Bare (a matte vanilla shade) underneath her brow bone as a highlight.
For eyeliner, I used NARS Larger Than Life Eyeliner in Via Veneto (matte black) on her tightline and upper lash line, and a tiny bit in the corner on her lower lash line, but no further. For mascara, I used numerous (more than two, but not sure how many) coats of Benefit's They're Real on her top and bottom lashes after curling them with the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler.
I used MAC's Breath of Plum Blush and the Diorskin Shimmer Star in Amber Diamond as a highlighter on her face. She was tan enough that I didn't need to use bronzer on her. For her lips, I applied the Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar Primer underneath the Urban Decay 24/7 Lip Pencil in Anarchy (bright pink). For lipstick, I used Tom Ford Lip Color in Violet Fatale. Tom Ford is a very low-maintenance lipstick, and doesn't even require a lip liner if you don't have one!
love the makeup!
