Holiday 2013 Gift Guide for Her: $100 & Under

So following the trend of some YouTube holiday videos I've seen, this year I've decided to put together a gift guide (for her, obviously) where everything costs $100 or under (and almost everything is under $50). I thought it would help some of you jumpstart your holiday shopping, or even give you something to pass onto the men in your life who are totally clueless. So without further ado, my Holiday 2013 Gift Guide for Her!

BaubleBar Giraffe Ring Tree ($12) - get it here!
BaubleBar has branched out into jewelry storage, and they did it in the cutest way! They've come out with a line of ring holders that are all different animals with elongated appendages to add your rings to. My favorite is this giraffe, but there are all different animals on there to choose from!

Julep 'Little Lights' Nail Color Set ($20) - get it here!
There are a ton of Christmas-themed nail sets out there this holiday season, but this
one from Julep is so cute! It has 4 different colors that are shaped and colored like little Christmas lights. A perfect stocking stuffer!

Kate Spade New York 'Silver Street' Coasters (on sale, $22.50) - get them here!
These coasters are amazing, & I've ordered them for my self since writing this post. They're mirror-shined silver with cute little drinking sayings on them: 'make it a double', 'bottoms up', 'on the rocks', and 'with a twist'. Cute coasters always add to a bar cart or a coffee table. Plus they're Kate Spade, which no girl can say no to. On sale for a limited time (original price $30.00).

Sephora Favorites 'Draw The Line' Gift Set ($30) - get it here!
This is an incredible gift set for makeup beginners and makeup pros alike. With a $79.00 value, it has 6 different Sephora eyeliner bestsellers. It includes:
  • Make Up Forever Aqua Eyes Eyeliner in Black
  • Sephora Collection Long-Lasting 12HR Wear Eye Liner in 02 Glitter Black
  • Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in Black
  • Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner in Black
  • Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Stingray
  • Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Double Ended Eye Pencil in Perversion and Demolition

The Urban Decay and Stila Smudge Stick are two of my favorite liners, and this is a great way to try a bunch of different fan favorites!

Kate Spade New York 'Skinny Mini' Bow Stud Earrings (on sale, $36) - get them here!
I think these are an adorable spin on a standard stud earring. Kate Spade has the best jewelry (I also have a set of her studs), and like I said - who doesn't love her designs? These bows come in gold, rose gold, and silver. On sale for a limited time (original price $48.00).

Nordstrom 'Touch Tech' Cashmere Gloves ($38) - get them here!
Tech gloves are the only way to go these days, because who the hell wants to take their gloves off in the cold so that they can text or read their phone? The answer is no one. These gloves are a) cashmere and b) come in every color imaginable. The perfect gift for pretty much anyone on your list.

LUSH Jolly Hollydays Gift Set ($49.50) - get it here!
LUSH has a ton of different gift sets you can choose from for the ladies on your list, but this is by far my favorite in this price range. The Jolly Hollydays set includes some of LUSH's year-round best sellers:

  • Buffy Body Butter (exfoliating and moisturizing bar for slaying backsides)
  • Dream Cream Body Cream (incredibly soothing body lotion for troubled skin)
  • Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter (softening butter for tough, cracked skin and cuticles)
  • Ocean Salt Cleanser (LUSH's best-selling salt scrub for a glowing complexion)
  • Rose Jam Shower Gel (indulge in the sweet, tangy scent of fresh roses)
  • Snowcake Soap (this creamy almond scented confection is a LUSH holiday classic)

Dream Cream & Ocean Salt are two of my favorite LUSH products of all time, and this is a great set for someone who wants to try a little bit of everything they have to offer.

FRESH Sugar Lip Treasures Gift Set ($50) - get it here!
FRESH Sugar Lip products are some of the most favored lip products in the beauty industry. This set includes 6 mini Sugar Lips and 1 Sugar Shine lip treatment. The Sugar Lips come in the shades Petal, Honey, Passion, Berry, Rosé, and Cherry. I think the only one I don't have is Cherry, and I love every single one of them. Except for the lip treatment, they are all SPF 15, and the set itself is a $78.00 value. They're also great stocking stuffers if you want to buy it and split it up among friends.

Sigma Beauty Mr. Bunny Travel Brush Kit ($75) - get it here!
I just recommended this to my law school roommate when she asked me what makeup brush set she should get. This set comes with 7 travel-sized brushes (that really aren't that travel-sized and can absolutely be used for everyday use) made with Sigmax HD filament. The brushes are synthetic instead of hair, and Sigma's synthetic face brushes are all I use to apply foundation. The brushes included are:

  • E30 Pencil - used to smoke out, soften pencil liners along lash lines or highlight the inner corner of eyes
  • E40 Tapered Blending - used to soften & blend shadow in the crease
  • E55 Eye Shading - used to even application of shadow and place shadow across the whole lid
  • E65 Small Angle - used to create precise lining with gel, cream or powder liners
  • F30 Large Powder - used for powder application
  • F40 Large Angled Contour - used to contour the cheek bones or for blush
  • F60 Foundation - used to smoothly apply foundation
The kit also comes with a brush holder/carrier that opens up into two cup holders for when you're home, and snaps together for when you're traveling.

Jo Malone Holiday Cologne Collection ($100) - get it here!
Saving the best for last, this is an incredibly luxurious holiday gift that actually doesn't break the bank. Jo Malone fragrances run $60/each for a small bottle and $115/each for a large bottle, and in this set you get 5 different fragrances (albeit smaller sizes) for $100. It's the perfect way to experience Jo Malone fragrances, find a favorite, and mix and match different scents. The scents that come in this box are:
  • Lime Basil and Mandarin
  • English Pear and Freesia
  • Blackberry and Bay
  • Amber and Lavender
  • Peony and Blush Suede
The two Jo Malone scents that I wear are both in this box (Blackberry and Bay & Peony and Blush Suede), and I can't say enough good things about either of those. And of course, it comes in this beautifully wrapped keepsake box that is gorgeous to display.

Well, that wraps up my first holiday gift guide for y'all! Hope you found it helpful if you needed some ideas for Christmas shopping (or for gifts to put on your list)!

  1. I am pretty much dying over anything kate spade right now! It is a recent development, but my obsession is getting out of hand with all of her jewels!
