June 2014 [Beauty & Fashion] Favorites

Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof Long Lasting Eyeliner in Jade (get it here!)
I stopped at a Chanel counter to pick up some makeup and the woman wanted to play around with some makeup looks. She tested this eyeliner out on me and it matched my eyes so wonderfully that I ended up buying it (obviously). It's subtle but it has enough color that it really brightens and shows off the dimension in my eyes. If you have blue/green eyes, I definitely recommend checking it out for your waterline / lower lash line!

Bite Beauty BB For Lips in Dolce & Natural (get it here!)
This is now my holy grail of lip balms (at least the one in Natural, which applies clear). I carry it with me literally everywhere and I don't know if I can ever go back to regular chapstick. There are also 4 other shades that are lightly tinted if you're looking for a high-end version of the color payoff of something similar to Maybelline Baby Lips; Dolce is a light berry color (even though it's described as a 'deep purple... it's not).

NARS Blush in 'Deep Throat' (get it here!)
Move over Orgasm, this is my new favorite NARS blush & it is definitely here to stay. I got a deluxe sample of it from Sephora in my NARS 500 point gift set, and I am already thinking of buying a full-sized (even though blushes take forever to run out). It is similar to the cult-favorite Orgasm, but it is less shimmery and less coral (more true pink - which is actually not what the online description says) and it matches my skin tone flawlessly.

Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Medium/Deep Matte Bronzer (get it here!)
I'm a bronzer snob and for whatever reason, a chocolate-smelling bronzer that wasn't by Chanel was one I never considered. But I got one of these in my Sephora Sun Safety Kit 2014 and oh man, was I wrong to judge. It really does smell like chocolate (which I can get past), but the bronzer itself is incredible. It's the perfect deep matte shade that is phenomenal for contouring and doesn't make your skin look orange at all. I've actually been reaching for it over my Chanel bronzer... don't tell.

Bite Beauty Luminous Crème Lipstick in Tannin (get it here!)
The Bite Beauty Crème Lipsticks are amazing, and Tannin is a deep wine color. The formula is fantastic, so if this shade isn't your style, find one that is because it's so worth it! Bite Beauty is really moving up on the food chain of high-end lip products.

Dior Addict It-Lash Mascara (get it here!)
So I've really been on a mascara-buying binge recently, and this is my newest addition. The brush really reminds of Benefit's They're Real Mascara, and the formula is a tiny bit wetter. The fun part about this mascara is that it comes in 4 shades, 3 of which are super bright colors. Of course I got it in black, but for people that like colored mascara, this should be your next purchase!

NARS Lip Gloss in Quito (get it here!)
NARS just reformulated all of their lip glosses so of course, I needed to try one. This shade is one I've never heard of or tried before I picked it up, but it is the perfect lighter berry shade. It's described as bright strawberry pink, but as you can see from the picture, that does not look like a strawberry or really like pink. I really like it though - and for a lip gloss, it lasts well too!

Zella 'Haute' Shorts (get them here!)
These are some of the best shorts for hot yoga out there. Not much to say about them, but I highly recommend them if hot yoga is a part of your practice.

BaubleBar Fluoro Macaw Bib
Unfortunately, this beauty is sold out on BaubleBar, but I had to share because it's definitely my favorite fashion favorite this month. I love the neon colors (perfect for summer) and I get compliments on it whenever I wear it!

Athleta Inner Peace Bra (get it here!)
I mean, how can you not love this bra? I wear it with my Zella Haute Shorts for hot yoga, and it's my favorite yoga ensemble. The back is stunning (it makes me wish it wasn't a sports bra so I could wear it with backless shirts) and it comes in multiple fun colors!

Sorry for the late post this month (since we are now halfway through July), but if y'all read my previous post, I'm sure you realize a lot has been going on. Thanks for understanding!
