CFB Week 13: Rivalry Weekend

Rivalry weekend came to a close, and I ended 1 for 2 on my teams playing their games. I am a part of the two biggest rivalries in the country (obviously the two best sides), and I'm so proud to be a fan involved in both. Michigan lost to Ohio State (no surprise), but after a rocky start, Alabama took down Auburn in the highest-scoring Iron Bowl that has ever been played.

Also, Amari Cooper is a god.

In other important football news, Brady Hoke was fired yesterday. As much as it needed to be done, it was still a bit sad. Brady loved Michigan, you could tell. But loving Michigan was clearly not enough. Time to go get ourselves a Harbaugh, y'all.

The newest CFB Playoff rankings also came out yesterday, and shocking everyone, TCU jumped Florida State. As Ben put it, the playoff committee gave Florida State plenty of time to cut out the bullshit, but they're continuing to almost lose every week. I agree with the top four, and honestly haven't paid much attention to any of the other rankings since they don't matter much to me. I assume at least 1/3 of the teams are ranked because everyone sucks this year.
