August 2015 Beauty & Fashion Favorites

Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette (get it here!)
The newest addition to the Naked family obviously doesn't disappoint. If you have 1-3, do you need it? Obviously not because you won't ever go through that much eye shadow in a lifetime. Is it great? Yes, and I highly recommend it.

Touch in Sol Browza Super Proof Gel Brow Pencil in 'Choc it Up' (get it here!)
My new absolute favorite brow product. It's a gel-consistency type pencil and is incredibly easy to apply. It also lasts literally all day without budging, which has been especially great in August. I wear shade no. 2 (there are only 3), and for reference, I wear Hourglass's brow pencil in Soft Brunette and Anastasia Brow Whiz and Brow Powder in Medium Brown.

Benefit They're Real! Push-Up Liner in Beyond Green (get it here!)
I told you about the They're Real brown mascara I got last month, which is when I also picked up one of the new eyeliner colors. The green really makes my eyes pop (they also have brown, blue, and purple), and it goes great with the brown mascara when I'm looking for a softer look.

Urban Decay Ultimate Ozone Multipurpose Primer Pencil (get it here!)
The fat edition of the Ozone lip liner pencil that I've been using to line my lips when I wear lipstick. Lip primer with bold lips is a must, and I had been using the ozone pencil (which is as thin as a regular lip liner) to fill in my lips and line around to prevent bleeding. This is a fat, chubby stick version of that and it's perfect for priming pre-lipstick.

Tony Moly Tea Tree Face Mask Sheet (get it here!)
This is actually the first sheet mask I've ever tried and I really enjoyed it. I had heard about Tony Moly before and from what I've read, $7.50 for two masks (which is what Sephora sells it for) is
over-priced, but it's super convenient for me to just add one to an online order and I really enjoyed the masks. They have different masks for all kinds of skin types, and I always gravitate towards anything with tea tree in it, making this the perfect fit.

Bite Beauty Frozen Berries Collection Lipstick in Juniper (get it here!)
Easiest way to grab my attention for a lipstick collection is to call it the 'frozen berries' collection, because y'all know I can't resist a good dark lip. I ended up getting one that is a little bit on the lighter side considering the name of the collection, but it was too beautiful to pass up. Bite is becoming one of my favorite go-to lipstick brands.

Everlane Slouchy Slub Tank & Tee (get them here/here!)
Thanks to the Spring shopping app, I have discovered a new brand I'm in love with: Everlane. It is the perfect brand for high-quality basics at affordable prices. I've been living in their slub tanks and tees (in both black and white). Perfect to pair with skinny jeans and booties for a dressed down look, or add heels to dress it up.

Butterfly Twists 'Olivia' Folding Ballerina Flats in Cream (get them here!)
So my favorite kind of flat for work is a white/cream flat with a black cap toe on it. I think the look is very classic and also reminiscent of Chanel cap toe flats. I have a pair that I bought from some random store online for $30 that I've completely worn through (and have done this twice now), so I decided to find a pair that seemed to be a little more durable. These Butterfly Twist flats are amazing. Not only are they incredibly comfortable and fit my style needs, they fold up and fit in a tiny little bag for portability. Doesn't get any better than that for an attorney who lives in heels!
