September 2015 Beauty & Fashion Favorites

Estee Lauder New Dimension Shape + Fill Expert Serum (get it here!)
Literally my new favorite beauty find of the last few months. I know Estee Lauder used to be marketed towards 'older skin', but with Kendell Jenner acting as the new face of their line, they are definitely targeting younger women now. I had seen a few ads for this and then saw all the rave reviews on Sephora.com, so I decided to give it a try since I was on the hunt for a new serum. I am absolutely in love with the stuff. It claims to give you more defined facial contours, as well as visibly lifted cheekbones and jawlines. I don't know that that is exactly what this product is doing, but I definitely can say that it gives my face an overall more defined and tight look. I definitely notice a difference in my appearance after I wake up in the morning. If you're skeptical, ask for a 2-week sample from Sephora (that's the amount of time the product claims to take into effect). You won't be disappointed!

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment Concealer in 'Brightener' (get it here!)
I have no idea how I've never written about this product before - it's definitely not new but I've rediscovered it after needing a new under-eye concealer. It is so brightening that it doubles as a highlighter down the bridge of my nose and on my cheekbones. Plus, it's a drugstore product! It's my favorite under-eye concealer (even over the higher-end ones I've used).

Peter Thomas Roth Pumpkin Enzyme Mask (get it here!)
As you'll see below, I'm kind of on a face mask kick, and this one is one of my favorites that I've tried. I bought the Peter Thomas Roth mask trio and gave the other two masks (cooling & anti-aging) to my mom, since I really just wanted to try this one. This exfoliating mask smells,  like a fall day filled with pumpkin. In my opinion, this is less expensive dupe for Kate Somerville's ExfoliKate (in both consistency and performance), but smells even better! I highly recommend it.

Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipstick in 'Afterdark' (get it here!)
You know me and my statement lips, and fall is the perfect time to rock a good, dark matte lip. Urban Decay came out with a new line of the Revolution lipsticks in a matte formula, and Afterdark is a shade unlike anything I own (described as 'medium-dark berry pink').

bareMinerals 5 in 1 BB Advanced Performance Cream Eyeshadow (get it here!)
This 5-in-1 eyeshadow has SPF 15, fills in fine lines, acts as an eyeshadow primer, brightener, and of course as a cream eyeshadow. I have the shade 'Barely Nude' and use it on days when I don't really want to do a full face of eye makeup and just want to cover up some pigmentation in my eyelids. I really like that it covers up any veins and that I don't have to use a primer with it. Plus it's super easy to use and lasts for 12+ hours!

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in 'Demolition' (get it here!)
I've always been a fan of the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliners, and after getting this pencil, I was reminded of why. I wanted a creamy matte dark brown pencil that I could smudge for a less dramatic smokey eye, and this pencil is perfect.

LUSH Cupcake Fresh Face Mask (get it here!)
This is a super fun fresh face mask from LUSH. It says its targeted towards younger skin, but it's really made for any skin that is oily/spotty and needs some balance. It's made with cocoa, spearmint oil, vanilla, mint, sandalwood oil, and mud, and it smells exactly like brownie batter (although with the mud in it, I wouldn't recommend eating it!). You need to keep this refrigerated (lasts for approximately 3 weeks), and you can get 4-6 masks out of it for $7!

Fashion
Bow + Drape 'Rexcellent' Sweatshirt (download the Spring app here to get it!)
How freaking amazing is this sweatshirt?! Anyone that knows me well knows how much I love a good pun, and this sweatshirt was the cutest (how am I not getting one that has a sequin dinosaur on it?). I can't take credit for the pun (I actually purchased this directly from the Spring shopping app), but Bow + Drape lets you purchase top selling sweatshirts or design your own! Each one is hand-sewn individually, so it usually takes about three weeks to get to you. Totally worth it (there are even some great wine-pun sweatshirts... might need another one).

Frame Denim 'Le Color Rip' Skinny Jeans in Film Noir (get them here!)
These are the black version of the white jeans I raved about a few months ago. I got them at the same time because I was actually looking for a black pair, but I've just started to wear them because my white jeans have gone away for the fall & winter. These are the best black ripped skinny jeans I've found (and I've scoured the internet for them). They're expensive, but worth it.
