2016 Holiday Gift Guide For Him & Her

With only two weeks until Christmas, if you're still looking for a gift for someone, you probably need some help. I've compiled a list of suggestions for him, her, or both - hopefully this helps you get the best gifts for the people in your life!

NEST Fragrances 'Holiday' Candle ($16)
NEST candles have been my obsession the last couple months. Pumpkin Chai, Birchwood Pine, Holiday, they're all amazing. This is a perfect gift for a secretary, your hairdresser, or someone you want to recognize with a great gift without breaking the bank. The scent is amazing and it comes in a beautiful gift box.

Another great gift that doesn't break the bank. It's a LUSH gift set that comes in a beautiful box with a bow. It comes with the Sleepy body lotion (lavender scented) and a small size of the Twilight shower gel (the main ingredient in this is also lavender oil).

BaubleBar Celeste Earring Trio (originally for $84, on sale for $48)
A beautiful set of three sparkly earring sets/jackets in a gift box.

Two classic stemless champagne flutes, with a choice of either gold polka dots or a silver set with the words 'pop' & 'fizz'. I'm definitely partial to the silver.

Henri Bendel Centennial Stripe Travel Jewelry Case ($98)
I am a Bendel girl, so I am recommending this because a) I travel a lot and b) would love something this cute to use to hold my stuff while I do. I tend to bring a lot of jewelry options when I travel, so this is perfect. It has six slots for rings and an enclosed bag for bangles / necklaces.

LUSH 12 Days of Christmas Gift Set ($100)
Obviously, I'm a LUSH addict, and this is the best of the best of LUSH for only $100. It comes in a super cute clock decorative box (with the numbers around the face), and the best of LUSH's Christmas products: Fireside soap, Candy Cane shower smoothie, Sleepy body lotion, Snow Fairy body lotion, Butterbear bath bomb, Twilight shower gel, Bubbly shower gel, Candy Mountain bubble bar, Shoot For The Stars bath bomb, Luxury Lush Pud bath bomb, Golden Wonder bath bomb, & Baked Alaska soap (my favorite!).

Kiehl's Men's Starter Kit ($43)
Beauty products aren't just for the ladies! This Kiehl's Men's Starter Kit is great (and at a great price). It comes with the Ultimate Man Body Scrub Soap, Facial Fuel Energizing Moisture Treatment, White Eagle Ultimate Brushless Shave Cream, Facial Fuel Energizing Face Wash, and Ultimate Strength Hand Salve.

Sephora Cologne Sampler ($65)
The Cologne Sampler is a great gift for the guy that likes to choose his own stuff. So you pay $65, you give him 12 cologne samples, and he gets a gift certificate for a full-size bottle of one of those 12 colognes (ranging from 1-2.5 oz, depending on which cologne he chooses). The 12 cologne brands include: Atelier, Burberry, Bvlgari, Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Hugo Boss, John Varvatos, Paco Rabanne, Prada, TOM FORD, Yves Saint Laurent, and Jack Black.

Hugo Boss 'Casper' Round Cuff Links ($95)
Hugo Boss makes some great cuff links, & this is from one of their newer lines. Classic, but not so boring that you don't feel justified in spending $100. Ben has a different pair that I bought him a few years ago and he always gets compliments.

A SkillPop Class ($30)
So, if you live in the Charlotte/Raleigh area and you haven't heard of SkillPop, listen up. My dear friend Haley started this amazing company for pop-up classes taught by local professionals. I started with introduction to handlettering to address my sister's wedding invitations, but then moved onto advanced handlettering, watercolor lettering (so I might be addicted now), and even a flower crown making class! While I take the most basic of white girl classes, there area lot of amazing classes. There's "Cocktails from Scratch", "Meditation Basics", "Cookie Decorating Essentials", "Write Your First Book", "Podcasting Essentials", "Maximizing Your Productivity", and so much more. It's an awesome way to meet new people who are interested in the same things as you, as well as learning a new (or expounding on an older) skill! Gift cards are available at the link above for any SkillPop class in Charlotte or Raleigh and make a great gift for anyone in the family!

A MVMT Watch (starting at $95)
I learned about these watches through a podcast I listen to and I fell in love. I bought the Santa Monica watch from the Boulevard Collection, which is black and rose gold (rose gold details, black watch face, black leather strap), but I also really want the Hollywood watch (also from the Boulevard Collection). In any event, there are both men's and women's watches at great price points, and they also have interchangeable straps to go from casual to dressy. A luxury gift at an affordable price!
